The noticeable gap in integrating diverse professional disciplines often results in a lack of clear pathways and reliable catalysts for igniting change and rejuvenating underused land resources and declining urban areas.
Motivated by this challenge, I established ONEPLACE URBAN CATALYSTS with a distinct mission: to pioneer an innovative approach dedicated to catalysing urban renewal processes, addressing crucial missing links overlooked by common planning and market interventions.
With over two decades of experience spearheading a diverse array of projects spanning built-form policies, inner-city renewals, and multimillion-dollar developments across Europe, Asia, and Australia, my expertise in urbanism brings a wealth of international insight drawn from both the public and private sectors.
Recognising that unlocking development is inherently complex and non-linear, I structured ONEPLACE URBAN CATALYSTS to embrace this complexity by serving as a bridge between disciplines, forming diverse project teams tailored to the specific needs of each site from the outset.
