At ONEPLACE URBAN CATALYSTS, we are committed to catalysing change from the ground up by supporting local community groups and organisations dedicated to uplifting vulnerable or marginalised individuals. We recognise that many of these organisations operate in run-down properties or spaces that are no longer fit for purpose, which can significantly hinder their effectiveness and potential to thrive.

Our focus is on helping these groups plan, design, and secure the necessary funding and planning permits for redevelopment or major renovations. These improvements are essential for their functionality and growth, enabling them to better serve their communities.

By volunteering our time and expertise, we empower community groups to gain momentum for their initiatives and develop place-shaping skills and knowledge. Through our free training, co-design workshops, and advisory support, we help organisations drive meaningful change and contribute to the creation of inclusive, vibrant communities.
